#WeAreTheBoaty!
From our hometown of Ellesmere Port, we:
YOUTH | PROFESSIONAL | COMMUNITY
Through our professional productions and our youth performances we provide opportunities for young people to train and gain valuable, real life experience in the performing and production arts industries.
We provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages young people to explore and to thrive, not only as performers and artists, but as individuals working as part of a creative team.
Our young theatre makers have performed at some of the leading theatres across the country - including The Crucible (Sheffield), The Lowry (Salford) and Storyhouse (Chester) - as well as historical sites - including St George's Hall (Liverpool) and Chester Castle.
twisted | SHAKESPEARE | creative
We are known for our inventive adaptations of the works of William Shakespeare, always finding interesting perspectives, giving contemporary spin and breathing life into these classic plays, keeping them fresh, relevant and engaging,
Since 2019 we have delivered FREE open-air performances each summer in the Royal Shakespeare Gardens. This is a continued part of the RSC's Dell Festival.
We also offer interactive, educational Shakespeare workshops for schools and colleges across the North of England and Wales.
-
The workshops range from 1-3 days and cover individual plays, historical and social context, actors' perspective, understanding language and text and so much more.
-
Every workshop is tailored and bespoke.
Our CREATIVE SHAKESPEARE WORKSHOPS have won international acclaim and have been delivered across the UK and abroad by our Educational Team and in partnership with with our sister company, Chalice Productions .

Our mission is always to create a sense of belonging and community that extends beyond the walls of the theatre, making live performance and the creative arts accessible to all.
...create, produce & deliver award-winning, internationally recognised theatre and live performance.
...build exciting works that challenge & entertain.
...work with exceptional artists, performers & creatives to deliver engaging performances in underused & unexpected spaces
...challenge preconceptions of what theatre is and what it can be.
...make theatre that is accessible for all.
